antochiacrafts.com (the "Site") is operated by Antochia, LLC, doing business as Antochia Crafts ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies.

1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in price or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

2. Personalized products

Personalized items are made using the text, photos, logos or designs you provide. Please check spelling, dates and details carefully before ordering; we engrave what you send us. You confirm that you have the right to use any content you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may refuse content we consider unlawful, offensive or infringing. Small variations in wood grain, color and engraving are a natural part of the materials and are not defects.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Prices and products may change without notice, but changes don't affect orders you have already placed. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

5. Product information

We try to show our products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible, but screens vary and we can't guarantee that your display is exact. Product images may show personalization examples.

6. Use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its security or operation, and not to copy or reuse our content, photos or designs without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is", and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
