How long will my order take?
We make every order in 1–2 business days. Then it ships free with FedEx express and usually arrives in 2–5 business days. You'll get your tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Can I see my design before you make it?
Yes. Just ask after you place your order and we'll email you a free design preview. We start making your order once you approve it.
What can I personalize?
Names, a date, a short message, a logo or a photo, even your dog or cat. Choose your options and add your text or upload your file right on the product page.
Are your tiles Rummikub compatible?
Yes. Our tiles are Rummikub Compatible and work with the standard game rules, so you can play the way you always have.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Our online store ships to the United States only. Import duties on US orders are covered by us.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at sales@antochia.com within 14 days with your order number and a few photos, and we'll send you a free replacement. Because every item is made just for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind.
Can I send it as a gift?
Of course. You can add gift wrap and a gift note right on the product page, and we're happy to ship it straight to the person you're celebrating.
